The Wall Street Journal editorial board called for FBI Special Council Robert Mueller to step down from his role investigating the all alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election, say he lacks the “critical distance” to analyze recent revelations about the FBI’s role in the breaking Uranium One and Trump Dossier scandals.
The board was writing in response to recent reports that suggest the FBI uncovered evidence of the Russian bribery and money laundering in the U.S. ahead of a 2010 decision by the Obama administration to greenlight the partial sale of the Canadian firm Uranium One to Russian energy giant Rosatom. The deal transferred control of 20 percent of U.S. uranium stocks to the Russians.
While most in the media continue to focus on a meeting that all parties involved say resulted in no damaging material against Hillary Clinton, there’s little attention being paid to the fact that Hillary’s supporters were able to successfully use a foreign intelligence agent to disseminate false information to the mainstream American press. The phony information allegedly came from inside the Kremlin and sought to damage then-candidate Donald Trump.
Newly-released British court documents show that Fusion GPS, an “oppo firm” funded by Hillary’s supporters, successfully managed to get a former spy to discuss the phony foreign intelligence with The New York Times, The Washington Post, Yahoo News, The New Yorker, Mother Jones and CNN.
DETROIT — Growing up black and Republican outside the heavily Democratic city of Flint, Michigan, Kelly Mitchell learned from her parents the importance of sticking to her beliefs and working hard to achieve goals.
On Monday, she’ll mark a personal and professional milestone: Casting her vote as a member of Michigan’s Electoral College along with her father and fellow elector, Henry Hatter.
“I really wanted this for me and my dad,” said Mitchell, a sales account manager from Grand Rapids, state party official and member of President-elect Donald Trump’s energy-focused transition team. “My dad is probably my biggest cheerleader. I was raised … by two loving parents and have been an activist in Michigan politics for over 30 years.”
Jill Stein may have been a failed presidential candidate by capturing only 1% of vote, however – Stein’s recount fundraising efforts would leave the uninformed to believe she still has a chance to win the Oval Office. Jill Stein has announced that she is seeking a recount in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan due to “reported anomalies” – however, no such evidence actually exists so far.
President-elect Donald Trump won swing states Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan which was certified Monday, Nov 28th.
Speaking in Grand Rapids in the early afternoon, Trump focused on jobs and the economy, promising Michigan voters that he would bring back manufacturing jobs.
“Michigan has lost one in four manufacturing jobs since Bill Clinton signed NAFTA,” Trump said.
“Before NAFTA, there were 280,000 auto jobs in Michigan, and now there is 160,000 and its going down fast. We have nearly $800 billion in trade deficits with the rest of the world,” he continued.
Has America become so numb by the decades of lies and cynicism oozing from Clinton Inc. that it could elect Hillary Clinton as president, even after Friday’s FBIannouncement that it had reopened an investigation of her emails while secretary of state?
We’ll find out soon enough.
It’s obvious the American political system is breaking down. It’s been crumbling for some time now, and the establishment elite know it and they’re properly frightened. Donald Trump, the vulgarian at their gates, is a symptom, not a cause. Hillary Clinton and husband Bill are both cause and effect.
