Recently this committee succeeded in wresting key documents from the Justice Department and FBI after months of being stonewalled, and Republican staffers have summarized the info in a classified four-page memo. Those who have read the memo say it includes evidence of abuses by Justice and FBI officials handling the investigation into Donald Trump’s alleged ties with Russia, most salaciously summed up in the infamous Steele dossier named for the former British spy who compiled it. Dems’ radical shift on immigration

Democrats aren’t standing today, but less than 5 years ago, all 54 Democrats in the Democrat-controlled Senate voted to:

double the length of a new border fence with Mexico

end the diversity visa lottery

spend $40 billion on border security

double the number of border agents to 40,000

stop family members of U.S. citizens from coming here on reunification visas

create “merit-based” visas

Stabenow throws troops, children under the bus

Debbie Stabenow just voted to both end CHIP and shut down the government, denying funding to vital government services, including critical national defense programs.

Stabenow’s decision to shut down the government for purely political reasons is completely reckless. This shutdown is the result of Stabenow and her Democrat colleagues’ loyalty to liberal Democratic Party leadership, and comes at the expense of troops, taxpayers, and hardworking Americans.

Just last month Stabenow said she would move CHIP “forward as quickly and whatever way we can. Whatever bill is moving we would love to see it attached.” But when she had the chance, Stabenow voted against a six-year extension to the program, jeopardizing health insurance for 82,693 Michigan children.
